Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TypeStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

TypeStack is a free font and icon discovery tool that allows users to preview, copy CSS snippets, and download fonts served by Google Fonts, as well as browse icons from the Lucide icon library. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no account required.

Font & Icon Licensing

All fonts available through TypeStack are served by Google Fonts and are subject to their respective open-source licenses (typically SIL Open Font License or Apache License 2.0). Icons are from the Lucide library, licensed under the ISC License.

• TypeStack does not own or claim ownership of any fonts or icons.
• Always verify the license of a font before using it in a commercial project.
• Google Fonts licenses are available at fonts.google.com.

Permitted Use

You may use TypeStack for personal and commercial projects, subject to the following:

• You may not scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the service in a way that disrupts its availability.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the TypeStack application itself.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TypeStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Font availability depends on third-party services (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) which are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypeStack and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of TypeStack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
